When you book or ask for a quote through a form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you need, your preferred date, the discount you've chosen and any notes about the job.
When you call or email us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, number, address and what you need done.
When you have a job done, we record the job details, the roof report and the before and after footage, and the information we need to invoice you.

We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't need it to do the work.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your booking or quote request and arrange the job
- do the work and send you the roof report and footage
- invoice you and keep the records the law requires

Who else sees it
Some of our suppliers handle information on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:
- Website hosting: this website and its forms run on Amazon Web Services, in Sydney.
- Email delivery: when you send a form, your details are emailed to us through Resend, an email service that may process them outside Australia.
- Website support: the company that looks after this website receives a copy of form messages so it can make sure the forms are working.
- Google: if analytics and advertising tools are switched on (see below), Google receives information about your visit.
We may also disclose information when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to do the job, answer questions about it later, and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Keeping it safe
